I received this text message from Airtel “Important! Outgoing services on your Airtel mobile 9163XXXXXX has expired on 25-Nov-18. To restart the services recharge now.Dial*121*51#”. And they have stopped the outgoing services. This is pure cheating as I have a life time validity pack and I recharge top up from time to time. I would request TRAI to look into the matter urgently.
Please Help me for the same.
