Dear Sir,
I, Umesh wish to inform you that Professionsfy recruitment services in India is doing fraud job offering in BP Middle east and they have cheated me for Rs. 15,650 ( Rupees Fifteen thousand Six Hundred Fifty only.) + Rs. 4199( Rs. Four thousand one hundred ninety nine- non refundable one time registration fees)
Professionsfy.com supposed to be a job site, is a fraud company which contacts the candidates seeking job, asks to pay at multiple intervals starting with Rs.4199. I was contacted by first Ms. Soumiya Sharma of Professionsfy ( Mobile no +918726365364)and then by Mr. Vinay Aggarwal – Global HR Head ( Mobile No.8052296917) as I was looking for change in my job and I had paid Rs. 4199 initially on 12 th May 2023 acknowledge no 765. Jobecode 944762 They sent me list of companies with suitable vacancies BP Middle east, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd. And Zydus Lifesciences Ltd. and then they arranged one of fake interviews involving fake interviewer with the company – BP Middle East on Skype. First they said, I have to be on video but when the video didn’t work, they scheduled another round of interview stating they are fine to proceed with audio call and they spent over 40 mins in the discussion. Interviewer acts as if he is a genuine interviewer who speaks descent English and also asks questions relevant to the job we are looking for. Post the interview they said, I am selected and I need to pay Rs.15650 to get the offer letter. I went ahead and paid on 17th May 2023 and then they asked to pay further Rs. 28999/- to receive the offer letter without which they can’t release offer letter. As it appeared to be suspicious, I said, I do not want to proceed and asked for a refund over phone and email. I have been following up with them since then and they have still not refunded. I have reminded them seven times many times, Mr. Vinay vide his email dated 14th June I am asked to wait for 15 days since it is under process but I have not been refunded so far. On 1st July I reminded once again as 15 days are completed.
Now Mr. Vinay called me and is saying that I will get Refund by 15th July 2023. He is extending time and not refunding.
On 22nd July Mr. Vinay Agarwal informed that your refund is in process. Please wait 3-4 days.
On 29th July 2023Mr. Vinay Agarwal informed that your refund is under process please wait.
On 31st July Mr. Vinay Agarwal informed that your refund is under process, our finance team contact on 2nd August 2023 for refund.
His finance team called me assured me that refund is under process and you will get by 12th August 2023.
On 18t August 2023 Mr. Vinay Agarwal told me that it is under process will be done in 2-3 days.
Again on my enquiry, Mr. Vinay old me that refund is in process . I will get refund by 5th September 2023. But not received the same.
on 7th he replied that your refunf is under process and let you know.
Till date I have not received a refund. Their intention is not to refund money.
Their main contact is Vinay Agarwal who calls himself a Global HR Head and his contact number is +918052296917 and +918001911357. He is also assisted by a lady called Saumya Sharma +91876365364 and from +917348031636.
I would urge the concerned to take stricter action on Professionsfy.com and many other such job site companies who are looting the candidates taking undue advantage of their situation.
And in the meanwhile, I get a refund of Rs. 15650 and Rs. 4199 I will inform you immediately.
