Sir/ Madam,
I have booked a tab on this portal www.bookmytab.com as they were reflecting the adds on google and YouTube as they are offering huge discounts on Tabs, so I have ordered one tab and made online payment on their portal for my kids online classes…
But to my wonder after making payment neither I got any order no or any email or msg and when I was trying to contact the given mobile no they were not responding .
I feel this is some kind of fake portal racket and the payment has gone to some Frankie Enterprises thru Payu for an amount of Rs.3,999.20/-.
I request the concern Authorities to take my complaint and take necessary action against these fraudsters who are cheating customers and making use of them and their hard earned money…and get justice to parents who have booked the tabs for their kids online education.
I am enclosing the payment receipts made to them and request proper and strict actions to be taken against them as their site and adds are still active…and save some other customers before they fall in this trap.
