Hi sir, my name is arunjith sreedhar, iam from chengannur, Alappuzha, kerala.
Iam here to complaint about a big fraud company from peeragarhi dehi.
My brother Sreejith get some offers from A plus machinery pvt Ltd (fully fake including adress) peeragarhi, for fully automatic paper plate machine.Total amount they say 2 lakh 24000 with gst. And he paid machine booking amout RS 5000(FIVE THOUSAND) ON 20/4/2021, after that they say give 50 percentage money first and after 50 percentage when machine reches. Then he pay rs 51000 on 1/06/2022. He ask company for two months to pay remaining amount. They agreed, we have all profes like telephonic conversation, thier msgs, amout we send to company account etc. But on 16th june one of their previous customer came to meet us and say dont purchase machines from A plus machinery, they are no one fraud. Give machine faulty and no buy back etc, if we want buy back again to pay amount, after getting money they dont attend phone calls etc. So my bro and me decide to stop dealing whith a plus machinery, we call them and say we dont want machine bcoz we know everything about u now. But they denied to give refund. We already ask to pay balance amount after two months at that time they agreed that also. But only after 15 days we ask refund, at that time the lady who spek some abuse wods and way we dont give any money back, u want then purchase machine otherwise go and file case. How idiotic they can speak like this, they dont give any respect to indian law or respected court, citizen or customer have the right to purachase or denay a deal if he paid full or partial amount in india. They totally fooling all govt systems and denay customer or consumer rights, we have the right to take back the amout after fully or partially paied . So kindly look this case and give us a hopefull replay sir .
Court is the last option for a common men to depend after gof, pls save us . Full profs in my hand including payments, their recordings, photos, etc .
