I purchased 2 products from the sector 29 store of sargam electronics, one of the product was Samsung fridge which was a demo piece delivered at the price of the new one and Usha cooler instead of a portable cooler/ac which I ordered for a small size room for which u will have to keep it outside with water pipe on just like old times u need to keep it at the windows.
Please help me get my refund along with the compensation as I have tried all the possible resorts I could since year. I have tried contacting the owner of Sargam electronics (Deepak Bansal) , store manager(bharat arora), service head (k l sachdeva) etc etc but was of no help till now.
