i have done my reacharge for 999 ₹ including hotstar,prime,etc.. but i was not able to acess the hotstar .. later i called the coustmer care and they told me its only for the people which reacharge through airtel thanks app. but it was not mentioned in the offer page , i had done through a local shop , so i cant use it. they are cheating on us . the browser is not showing it is “only ” avalible for those who recharge through thanks app.. so it is a pure cheating . i had bad response from the help line .. they simply talk . nothing they can do. go and file a complaint.. and iam help less. i just lost my 1000 ₹ trusting airtel , i need justice ..
