I complained for my washing machine on 26th December . Technician came and checked and told that the inlet valve is faulty . He asked me to pay the money for new inlet valve . I already paid the money on the same day. After repetitive calling the technician he told he will come once part is available . Today on 04 January he sent a different technician with the new valve . The original problem was water was not coming when the machine was operating . Today when the technician plugged the new valve it was the same issue and water was not coming . Today the technician checked again and he told he needs to just clean the machine and it will solve the issue . So the technician who came on 26 had no idea as what to check . So the old valve was not faulty and the problem was somewhere else . I told the vendor to take the new valve and return my money . The vendor told he will not return the money . I am attaching the bill . Let me know why do you give calls to such pathetic vendors . I have never faced such pathetic support from any other company . Ifb support is a SCAM just looting money . Let me know when I will get the money back and also the washing machine is still faulty . Idiotic support from Ifb . Will never buy any product again
