Dear sir,
I was lost my phone and airtel sim card ,so i visited at airtel authorised partner for a new sim cardand they told me that there was a mistake in owner id proof (father name mismatch) they said to me that i have to visit main authorised partner of airtel in naupada thane west ,they clearly told me that there’s no possibility to issue an same prepaid numer with same owner id proof and you have to wait for 90 days for same prepaid number and if you want same prepaid number you have to convert in post paid plan and i have to pay for it Rs300 and there was no bill,recipe provide to me and post paid charges apply per month which is 399 according to postpaid plan and i have to wait 3 months for convert in prepaid plan or port to any other sim card company according to airtel care line therefore my concern is that why i pay Rs300 charges even it is possible to free of cost in prepaid plan even there mistake made by airtel partner and why customer suffer and bare the charges made by bharti airtel company i hope u understand my concern and a audia was also attached PFA
