i have 2 sim’s one old and one new. the old no bill is never more that Rs. 500/- suddenly last month the bill amount was 2500. i complained immediately but they say that is a international call whose no they do not have. they shared password protected bill which i cannot open as the the same does not open even after inputting correct password. i have made multiple calls and 8 reminders to their nodal officer as well as director but fallen into dead ears. complete silence. pathetic servicing , their cse lack professionalism and speak only in hindi.

i tool a new no through agency . this no is sold by them to franchises as special no and mint money. this no according to them is activated i have not been able to make any calls nor data. they have fraudulently accumulated an amount of rs. 500 as bill payment even after they admit that i have not made a single call or used mobile data

worst service provider of India. i want to file a legal case for mental torture cause d die to multiple threatening calls for payment and for disconnecting the line without a basi response even after writing to the topmost authority.

Please investigate and take suitable action for mental torture and cheating
