I have made a purchase on 28th Dec 2020 for Rs 249 from theshoppingheista.com. I have not received the order till date neither reciving any updates on my order. There is no mechanism of tracing the order as they have provided only one gmail ID and also not responding to my emails. They are fooling people by lucrative offers and cheating them with money. Though the money involved is small but I have used my NetBanking credentials their as COD is not available and I am worried about its misuse. Please take a legal action against them.
