I booked a ticket through travel look from Mumbai to Delhi , via flight and paid the fare via netbanking
The amount got deducted and ticket booking got cancelled . On Speaking to customer care they promised to refund money in a week , still not got our money refunded . This company is cheating customers via dubious and false fares , and then neither doing the reservation not refunding money to customers . I booked my ticket via Travel look ref no REF570015891 OF TRAVEL DATE 13 TH JAN 2022 Mumbai to Delhi .
We sincerly believe that they are in connivance with flight companies as well. Google also puts them on high priority of search engine, which is also a fraud , without checking this company credentials . Kindly help us to get the refund and , we also request police to register a case against them for cheating using cyber crime methods and this company is engaged in doing cheating and fraud as per Section 415 to 420 of IPC . THE COMPANY HAS ITS TOLL NO OF GURGAON HARYANA.
I hd booked my ticket from Ahmedabad to jaipur after half an hour I received that my ticket r not confirmed…I hd booked on 26th January still I didn’t received my refund…pls look after this matter
Same thing i had booked 30jan after the payment i have received email and call from Travel look informing the ticket has been cancelled by airlines and refund amount will be received in7 to 10 days.bt didn’t get
The customer support number (0124-643-4800) mentioned is not getting connected, and It appears like a travel look is a fraud website
