Dear sir/ madam
I want to say that network of my mobile number is registered under jio telecom operator was automatically turned off on 4th September,2021 in the evening .Before evening it was working properly as i used internet and made calls successfully. I tried to reboot my phone, inserting sim card again and again in different sets of handsets but nothing worked. So i called customer care of jio ,they said that this is not registered with them as they told that they are unable to view any details regarding this number .
This was my personal number ,i used to do all my work with it ,and from that day these all are stopped. It was recharged with ₹149 plan.kindly help me in it.
