Hello My Self Imran Khan CEO of Hr Globe Recruitment Service . I had buyed 6 month recruitment data based package from shine.com for pan india in there services i was offered email services unlimited number views limited excel download and smart matches. from last one month they have deactivated smart matches facility when we escalate there is no response
every day they mail end of the day it will be done but nothing is happing we are loosing our client because of them the account manager is anil and his superior is sumith so we ask for refund our money that is 55,000 so the manager telling is is no refund policy very bad service by shine i suggest no one should buye package from them or upload resume
