Have had a horrible 2 months dealing with livspace, one company which takes money from the customer and stops responding after that. Its been almost 1.5 months of paying 50% money (17 Lacs) and since then have been at the mercy of Livspace to start the project. Worst company to choose as a partner, the designing is amateur and inadequate and it took too much of our effort to bring it upto speed. Customer should be the first priority and not IPO. We have been asking them to start the project through multiple emails but there is no update. The team just doesnt respond, we have escalated to every possible person but they have no not made any progress. We just want our money back, the company has harassed us mentally. attached email communications
