I had taken a membership from Sunswift Vacation from Goa which i paid membership charges. To avail hotel booking any time of the year for 7 nights. Now when we try to contact our co-ordinator Shallab from the company he has blocked our number. We try to contact their booking office and they say all the hotels in the entire city are full.
They are not providing Manager’s number, and now their head office number is also switch off.
Payment taken and now they are not providing service that was promised.
