The loan app named windmill transferred 2700 to my account and asks to repay 4500.I have called and asked them they ask to resend 2700 so that they will close the loan. So i have sent 2700.Still they didn’t closed the loan and blocked my call. Please help me to get my money back. Here is that windmill loan app no +917855028958… Please take necessary action against them
