I applied for the loan and after the loan was approved, I sent the processing fee of 15000 and it says that I have to pay veendum 8570 to withdraw the loan. Now it says that I have to pay 36000 to refound my processing fee. I can’t do that. I want to cancel my loan and refund my processing fee pls help
