ordered three three from an Instagram online page which seems to be genuine but ended up by being fraud . I ordered 3 kurtis set on 17 oct on their WhatsApp number .

It got delivered on 21 oct . While opening parecl we also made video , but we got sarees without blouse. Also the conditions of the sarees are very bad . Bad quality ( stained ) and worn out
We ordered kurtis then sent cheap quality sarees .
I dont want any replacement because they will again provide some cheap product so i want my full amount to be refunded .
Plus now they are not responding to messages nor giving any details about the customer support service.
