have Booked a tablet Wizpad Z1 Pro (10.1 inch, 6GB 64GB, Wi-Fi + 4G LTE + Voice Calling | Expandable Memory Up to 256GB), Coal Black through Book My Tab Website – Amount Debited from my bank on 26/12/2020. I have received a message from QP-ONLODR –
“CONFIRMED: Your Order has been placed with order id BO31187708. Please check your email for more details. Expect delivery in 10-12 working days.”
same No Response – I couldn’t receive any mail or message. The seller did not reply my phone call. kindly do the needful to return the paid amount Rs. 3999. I have received a 7 Inch cheapest and defected old unnamed tablet through BLUE DART courier service on 2nd January 2021.Please help me to recover my amount
