I had ordered ‘two’ bean bags from a site named ‘livcozy.in’ based on a pop up advertisement on Instagram on 6th Sep and had paid Rs. 988/- for the same. I also received a text message confirming my order. However, after a few days there was absolutely no response from the website and the helpline mob nos were not responding as also the tracking link provided. I haven’t received the product till date. This seems a clear case of cheating and fraud. I either expect to receive my order or an appropriate compensation for the same.
