I had book boat headphone on 27 th August delivery boy delivered in the next building , and told that he left in my building later when I canceled the product after 1 hour he came to deliver in my building after a day I asked Amazon to return since the quality was not good I was not able hear but the pick up person didn’t come later I called amazon to tell that send someone to pick up the product after two days amazon person will come to pick I told him very clearly pack in front of me he said mam I ll pack down all my items are down I ll pack down later it’s been 1 week my refund didn’t happen when I called costumer care they I have sent old used product which I didn’t do I am sure it is done by pick person really I am not happy with amazon
