Pure cheaters. Took spares of our air conditioner 12 days back. No call, no update. The technicians didn’t knew a single thing. I had to call and ask them about the problem after 12 days of no communication. Now after 12 days they are asking “what was the problem sir” and saying to pay 12000/- .for a new spare.
I doubt their intentions. I am going to file a consumer case against them.
Voltas you need to learn a lesson.
