Hi, I had ordered the pack of 3 products for Rs 499/- through an add shown on youtube. The product looked good hence i had ordered it by clicking the add which has directed to the website which is www.apextailers.com where i had selected the product & in payment option i had selected the Home delivery option. After 3 days i had got the delivery of the product through ekartlogistics & he had collected the payment of rs 499/- & when i had opened the product there were only 2 quantity of used garments i had attached the pictures of the same. The delivery guy asked to raise the compliant of the web site where i had ordered the product. Its been 5 days noe there had not been single response from the company nor anyonr answering the helpline number. This is a clear case of fraud & iam raising his complaint so that no one else get into trap of this fraud.
