Airtel team called me related to upgradation of my set up box and said I will one year package free. Later they said the dealer who gave that information is incorrect so I escalated this to CEO Gopal Mittal. Karthik who is the regional manager co ordinated along with the dealer said he will fine them and give me full refund. He dint turn up till now. He kept ignoring my messages and calls.
