Text of Complaint by Md Raziq Pasha:

Hi Team,

In the month of September 2nd week I installed broadband of Airtel.
I contacted the Airtel staff and asked details enquiry of areas where broadband connection will work. Without checking properly service engineer of Airtel took request and I paid 1700
After 2 weeks when shifted to new location they said there is no broadband network in new location.
I got frustrated and deactivated my broadband just for 2 weeks they are stealing 1400 and refunding only 370

This is such shameless thing. I want serious action to be take
