I’m Ab Rashid loan, I’m Using Netplus Fibre Service, The Worst Fiber Service In This World,
I Did Fiber Recharge 2950rs For 6 Months.
Speed Was 50Mbps, After Used Few Days I Got Notification About 50% Data Consumed, I Just Ignore It, It May Be A Wrong Message, But After Few Days My Speed Goes Low Only 10Mbps, I Checked App It Was Showing 98GB Consumed, Available 0GB.
I Goes Confused, What Is This, I Called My Friends , Other Netplus Users, They Told Me It’s Not Possible, Nobody Helps Me, Then After 15 Days I Wait,
I Wait For May Be My Another 100gb Will Come In This Month,
But Nothing Happen, I Did Too Many Calls To Customer Care, Nobody Helps Me.
At Last They Told Me Do Mail For Plan Migration, I Did Two Times, They Open Ticket And Close, But Nothing Happen,
Now They Were Saying Buy New Plan,
It Means My 2950rs Loss.
How They Can Easily Say This, Buy New Plan. Please Help Me…
