placed an order for two dresses on October 4th. with a total payment of ₹7,600. When I made the payment, your team assured me that the delivery would be made within 10 days.
However, it has now been over a month. After many calls and messages, I was informed that the item would be delivered on Tuesday, October 28th, and a DTDC courier number was provided. But even today, November 4th, the tracking status still shows “Pickup request not ready”.
I have been calling and messaging multiple times every day (about 10 times daily) to all three contact numbers you provided. All the numbers are active, but no one answers or responds to messages.
This is extremely poor service, and it seems that no action is being taken to deliver my order or refund my payment.
