Dear sir,
I, V.V.P. DHARMA RAYUDU, Advocate actually customer of SUN DTH, recently on presure of my family members, shifted to AIRTEL DTH and received TWO connections to my 2 TVs. M/s. Royal Agencies contacted me and given TWo connections on the day I have paid Rs. 8000-00 on condition that for 6 months free and HD channels. later, they contacted me and told that airtel company supplied another box for HD channels but it cost an amount of Rs.2100-00 . I have paid the amount later , they asked for wiring and connections cost rs. 5000-00 for two connections. I have paid the amounts . later I asked them for the HD channels are not coming. simply they told that , the company not co operating to us therefore, we are helpless. the amount taken from me also as instructions given by the company. I asked them for bills , they told the company instructed us not to give bills because for GST.
I am not bothering about my amount, but I am very sorrey to say this type of cheating not acceptable. Today I asked them again. they repllied neglegently, you file a consumer case on Airtel company not by us, as instructed by the company we are doing the business.
The second box fixed by their another agent Raju Agencies, he is the sub contractor of Royal Agencies.
please acknowledge , whether it is correct or not . I lost nearly 12000-00 and mental agony. if its not true please take action immediately.
