Hello team,

We had purchased 50 inch Xiaomi LED 50″ TV on 31/12/2021 with Sr. # 22157/187700016959. Which stopped working properly on 01-01-2023. Just 1 year after the TV was purchased.

On 1st Jan 2023 we raised complaint on MI website for the technician visit. Which showed up on 5th Jan 2023.
He than Checked the device and concluded the whole screen panel needs replacement.
We asked if the panel will be new or used, so he mentioned he is not aware of it. For which we asked for either exchange or refund our money back.

Technician suggested to contact his boss Ms. Gouri for this issue. When spoke to her on call, She mentioned as per company policy they cannot exchange product after 10 days of purchase.
All they can do is repair the screen panel since under warranty. and when asked about the quality of the replaced part, she cannot guarantee to receive new or used part. Also, the damaged part will be received in 1-2 months.

We did not wanted to wait so long and Since there is no guarantee if the TV is going to work like previous with used replaced part , we requested to either exchange or refund our money back. The person on call started talking very rude and threatened to put delay my request for next month. and disconnected the call without any conclusion.

Kindly help us to get help here. We are feeling cheated after buying this product and spending such a huge amount on it.
