I have purchased Realme 108cm (43 inches) Full HD LED Smart Android TV on a 2020-10-16 product with a 1-year warranty. I have faced a screen issue on Realm 108cm (43-inch colors get distracted also the line is visible on LCD. On 3 Oct I book a complaint id No.IN-SA2110010101 customer care and commitment that within 24 hr our engineer visit site. I am not getting any response on 5thOct I again contacted customer care on the 5th. They generated a ticket CC-202110050078 on 11thOct Service Engineer visit and said thatthey will provide a replacement within 24 hours, but after that, no response.Again, I contacted customer care, but they said our teamprovides an R pass and we provide you replacement within 24 hours but no response.on 18th Nov I I checked with customer care executive they said that my complaint is closed without contacting& informing me no resolution provide till and share customer complaint number .o.C101211118055602640.Dear Sir/Madam Realmeis providing fake commitment and harassment after so many follow-ups and very poor customer response. I don’t want to continue their product and service I need my money back and they can take their product as they are not provided committed services.
