I have been using OLX past a year and had posted an ad of Canon printer. An OLX user contacted me for the same stating himself to be an army person by the name of Vikas Patel. He agreed to pay for the amount. I have the chat that occurred between us regarding the payment. I wanted to sell my printer@25000 and he asked for PhonePe no. Instead of paying me the money and he withdrew Rs100000 from my PhonePe account. I have already reported the user on the app and have also posted the feedback. Kindly assist me as soon as possible. I have lost my money, I trusted this app. Had never faced an issue like this before. I am attaching the screenshot of the AD ID and the chats that happened on OLX and WhatsApp regarding the same. This person called me and said that his son would be coming to take the product and he will process the payment today itself. He also said that NetBanking won’t be possible since he won’t be able to process in the small lunch break that the army receive. I hereby request you to look into this matter and let me have my money back.
