I, Francis Perumalil, from St. Albert’s College, Ranchi, had given order for a book titled, At a Journal Workshop: Writing to Access the Power of the Unconscious… on 15-March-2022 with Order # 407-7279007-5313168, Order total Rs.727.00. The Amazon delivery agent didn’t contact me, and delivered it on 20th March at the College reception without having contacted me over phone. When I realized that it was of poor quality I placed the return request on 20th March itself. The request was approved and return pick-up was scheduled for Mar 21 7-7p.m. I had placed the originally packed item with the same receptionist to whom it was handed over the previous day and had been waiting from morning till evening for the return pick-up. Then for a few minutes I was away for an urgent engagement and was unable to attend any calls. After that about 5.15 p.m. I saw the miss call from the deliver pick-up agent and immediately I called him back. His reply was that he cancelled the return pick-up and expressed his inability to pick it up again. .I felt cheated by the Deliver/pick-up agent. Kindly take the necessary corrective steps to redress my grievances. Thank you in anticipation. Francis Perumalil
