around 14th of june i had raised a complain for the change of set top box as it was going on and off every 30 mins on its own tata sky sent me a technician but your technician instead of changing the box disconnected my old connection and gave me a total new connection with a new id num a some new name and he charged me rs 1900/- for that plus my old id had rs 1500/- so your official technicial cheated me of rs 2400/- and even changed my tatasky id num and name plus the new box he has installed is also not working .please help me my old id num is 1068078458 on my name Innacin Fernandes. And the new id is 1325613345 on some Gaswalla name .Please resolve my issue as soon as possible
