Sir I was recharged amount 285 monthly pack in February 8, but does not add money in my account. So I call customer care, customer care executive said this is my fault, so ur amount refunded in 5 working days, but still I cannot receive the amount, so I am again recharge 220 rupees in February 15 that amount dose not credit my account, still my tata sky box deactivate, what I do tell me proper explanation my Google Pay screen shot given below
