I received call 2-3 days ago from Tata play.They were offering package of 392 about Netflix pack .and they also said my previous package which I recharge on 6th April,will be continue with it.No channel will be drop from my previous package.so I said if my old package of rs475 will not be affect then u can activate Netflix pack offer.They activated and deduct my amount from my wallet.And after activation my previous package of rs 475 dropped which they already promised it will not drop or affect.
And after that I am complaining in Tataplay helpline no. And no body is cooperating me.And they are not refunding my money.
Kindly refund my money which has been stolen by Tata play from my wallet by cheating.
