I booked a 2BHK flat in Supertech Hillview High rise apartments in Jan 2015 under possession linked scheme. I had retired from a govt service in 2014 & paid 18 lacs from my retirement funds as the first instalment. I was promised possession by Dec 2017. I live in Gurgaon & had thought that this flat will supplement by income by providing some rentals. It would also appreciate & will strengthen my post retirement assets. But the construction got stalled in 2017 & has not moved an inch since then. The builder does’nt give any reply to my requests of refund. One of their staff members advised me to go to court. I filed a case in RERA in October 2020. But case has not reached even arguments stage in the last 1 year.
Thus the builder M/s Supertech was able to cheat me & usurp my retirement funds to enjoy their lavish life style. And law does’nt come to our rescue in spite of tall claims. My financial planning post retirement has been devastated by the builder Supertech. Mr R.K. Arora & Mr Mohit Arora are the owners of Supertech.
