I have purchased a saree from southsaree.com, with Order no. XY55781114555 with card payment of 900/-. When I received the saree, it was totally different (very cheap not a worth of 100/-), as shown in the description and diffective in many places. I have written mails regarding return and refund. After more than 50 trials, they replied and demanded for bank details. And then, they said they will deduct 250/- and Currier the saree to a place Surat, Gujarat by own expenses. Again, they denied to refund money in bank account, instead of this they told me that they will refund rest of money for next purchase. As a lot of complains, I saw for this southsaree.com. I get to know, I have cheated fairly by these people. And they can misuse my bank details also.
I want my whole money back (900/-)from this company or people, with fair justice to all the consumer cheated by this fake southsaree.com. we have cheated, harassed by showing beuitiful pictures of saree and delivering cheap, damaged and worst things.
If this company exist, it should be blacklisted.
