I had placed an order of ear buds on July 20, 2020 after looking at the website Music ERA ad on my Facebook. The order I received is quite different and is wrong from the order I placed therein. I am attaching pictures of the headset and the receipt for the amount Rs 1599 charged against my order placed. The material I received does not match at all with my order placed. I am charged Rs.1599 for this and I feel cheated as they are promising something and delivering something different. The mobile number 73377410924(11digit) given in the order receipt is also wrong indicating that they have deliberately did the mistake and cheated me.My money Rs1599.00 paid against the order must be refunded .
They have deivered a Chinese made Combo white headset though they are supposed to deliver ear buds. It is their mischievous act and therefore, I want to returned the product(Chinese made Combo white headset) and get back my money Rs1599/immediately.
