I bought a product from “LEONARD®Since 1881 BEST in Cooling Products◆WorldWide™“

i was given the above links by the person on WhatsApp. I found this above site details; the product’s site when I checked in Amazon and on finding the product, I felt it’s genuine. And I happened to call the concerned people (the product seller) to know about my doubts and the product. I contacted /chatted through WhatsApp that they provided to check the answered details. I felt fine. So went ahead and called and spoke with the concerned and then bought it online for rs.9990/- through Google pay that they provided on WhatsApp.
When checked for more reliability I checked Amazon; The product is also in Amazon.in with name “Leonard hot/cold/normal water dispenser” And somehow they even manage to remove from Amazon after certain period when they reach the desired amount from coustomer. Today I tried checking and in Amazon the product is no more seen.
Today, when I received the product, it have defects and is a fake one. The hot water dispenser was not working the cold storage have defects…and as the dispenser got dents too.
when I tried contacting on phone, on which I before paying and receiving the product called and spoke all my doubts and got all good information instantly, the same phone no. I have been calling no.of times and it was getting disconnected immediately and on WhatsApp (before calling phone) when I gave all details of defects and asked to answer, I get one single answer as “there is no problem, use the product” – So rude and disrespecting.
these people are online robbers.
I need the police/law consumer court to take necessary action on this matter. -Please.
Their contact No. (The one they provided me was: +91 93593 61598. Now I tried calling a no.of times and also informed to one of my friends who is into police department and he too tried to call and it’s a failure.
I feel so deceived and painful. Not liking the feeling of being cheated.
They are Cheaters and I say, They will bear the fruit; the way they earned, will loose double to it …
It’s my hard earned money and I’m not a rich person; I struggle to save each pie of my hard earned money.
I request you to please do the needful.
