We at Datar Tours & Travels are in the business since 2016 and since then we have been working with Jutdail for leads regarding our business. Since the pandemic we were shut down and when things got normal w re-started and again got in touch with Satveer who in the name of Justdial had promised a lot of services and said i can do this and that for you from Just Dial.
When we paid him the said amount he said leads will start soon but when the leads started we only kept getting leads which were either fake or were not interested in any kind of ticket booking etc.
when we complained about the leads we were told it will get resolved soon.
When we told satveer about the same he at first said that he will resolve the issue but later his tone started changing.
We then told the ECS team also not to send ECS any further as we do not want to further work with them.
Satveer kept getting rude on calls and all his promises were fake and we have now been dued of a big amount. When we are asking for a refund h said the amount will not be refunded.
We made alot of calls for the same issue. We faced this issue for almost 2 months now and ECS also kept deducting from our account even after constantly asking to cancel the contract
We have been wrongfully charged for the same and when we told Satveer we will complain against him he bluntly said he does not care we can complain anywhere we want.

We have been constantly asking for our money back but he does not reply nor have we got any positive revert.
