Sir I’m RUPAK KUMAR, I had booked 2 flats with Delhi infra tech in upcoming L zone and for the same they charged me 9 Lacs. Now I want to cancelled the booking and money be refunded, but the company is not entertaining me, I contacted Mr Lalit gerra, board member of the company, firstly he told me that amount will be refunded within one month, but he is not picking up my phone and not replying any msg.
Sir please help in this regard because my hard earned money is blocked by this fraudulent s.
