Sir.

This is Anand Rout (9886973573)

I have purchased Hero passion X pro bike Rs.57650.00 in 11th May 2019 through Pay TM.

In that i have selected the voucher worth of Rs.7000.00 with using the promo code.

Also Pay TM charged me Extra 500.00 in the name convenience charge (57650+500).

Still i have not received the voucher, when i complaint they have denied for the offer.

Contacted Grievance officer Mr. Sharma, he was very adamant on call and asked purchase another bike to get the offer. When i have asked for the next level of escalation,   they denied and disconnected the call.

Need your help to resolve the issue of Voucher coupon Rs.7000.00
