Justdial Executive Gagan Thakur (Mob no- 9811210136) sold me a 4 months plan (2 Months paid and 2 month free) in 6,000+1,080=7,080 a few date back.
He committed for my ad to be at First rank in Home Tution Category In Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara and Raj Nagar Extension areas.He also said that i will get leads.
He didn’t disclose at all that it was a poster kind of ad.
So he described me different plan but provided different one.
Now he just listed me in the free category and stopped picking my call. He gave me incorrect and incomplete information.
I request justdial to look into the matter, but they are not listening to me.
