She took money through phone pay. RS 2100/-it has been more than 3 months she is not lifting cals nd not responding

Hey are they really geniune they are not responding properly on WhatsApp and not refunding my money
Received my saree. But couldn’t delete this here. You can trust them. Saree will be delivered even delayed due to any issue. I received three months back. This complaint is our misunderstanding. Also informed to them regarding this.
I placed a prepaid order for 1850₹(1750+100 shipping charges)on 26th Sep22 and till date neither the order is delivered nor are they ready to give a refund

They are fraud. I paid them 1500, now they are not receiving the call, and not refunding the amount either.
I ordered my saree on 10th April they didn’t respond properly. I did receive my saree yet. Wort ever customer service I ever seen. I am not the only one got cheated by them. They launched a new website they said order through the website After that it shows dispatch. Within chennai after a week of dispatch I didn’t receive my saree yet. If I ask them they said will check and let u know but, they didn’t send a single msg. Really stressful for me

We ordered and got cheated..no response for long for the order or money paid
I received the saree..but they could send some sms or whatsapp message to confirm the order and receipt also doesn’t contain any amount or order I’d..
What is the solution they are cheated so many people at least There is no response to Calls and messages
They are fraud prepaid orde paid 5500 till now no response to email or phone please don’t trust them. They are frauds.
