Day before yesterday I took an app cab trip of indriver to apollo hospital kolkata and paid the driver firstly by his QR code which unfortunately went to pending after money got deducted from my account but as the transaction was pending so driver was arguing with me and asking to pay again for the ride so I told him to refund my previous payment if it is successful later and hence after his confirmation for the refund, paid him again by his QR code. Later on after sometime I received the confirmation from the bank that the previous payment that was pending was successful and I told by call and whatsapp to the driver to refund me the additional payment of Rs.200 that he had received but later on the driver didn’t refunded my additional payment of Rs 200 that he had received and neither he was receiving my calls or replying to the whatsapp messages so I explained everything to the indriver company both at their support app and also by mail but didn’t received any help for the refund of my additional payment that the driver fradulently took from me to cheat me. Hence finding no other better alternative I had to raise the complaint here so requesting you to kindly arrange to refund my additional money of Rs.200 that was paid to the driver.
