I bought Airpods 2nd Gen from Flipkart, reseller was Treasure Haul Online, on Oct 26 2023. I was sent an old model of last year 2022 instead. No where it was mentioned if this is new or old model. When I pointed out to delivery guy he asked me to call customer care and arrange pickup. The customer care said it has No return policy. CC executive and me tried to convince the delivery guy to take it back but he refused. After lot of request, he said he raised a complaint, after asking my Aadhar and PAN. Since then there is no update from him after 10 days. When I called Flipkart care, they did not even have any call recordings. This is breach of trust. I want to sue them for not recording any of my calls as it is against the policy. PLEASE DONOT buy anything from Flipkart. They are pathetic. Amazon is way better and too polite.
