I had ordered a vacuum cleaner recently and few items were missing from the box. We asked the delivery agent to take back but he denied and since then I have made multiple calls in Flipkart but there is no resolution. It seems they are running an online fraud under which they are trying to sell the defective/incomplete items to the customers. Whenever I call them I only get the reply we are working, nothing else. Some action is needed against them, they can’t misuse the hard earned money of people.
