I had ordered a “LG AI Convertible 6-in-1 Cooling 2023 Model 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AI Dual Inverter AC” from Flipkart on 23rd April 2023 and AC got delivered on 28 April 2023 then installation team of Flipkart came on 4th May 2023 and opened the pack and then found that major part of AC installation missing in box that is copper pipe, it means material theft by Flipkart associates during delivery or by seller. And now more worst things is that Flipkart team are asking to contact LG Service centre for this. And also their site not allowing me to place the replacement request for the AC which is still in replacement policy.
They are not helping me to resolve this issue.
Customers are getting harassed by seller and Flipkart.
