I ordered a mobile cover on 23/09/2022 from Baskinshop and paid the amount 673.99 online. I received a confirmation mail. I didn’t receive the product so I mailed them but no response. When I tried to visit their website the website is not present. So I looked up their CC number and called the person who answered sent a file via whatsapp and asked me to install it. I got suspicious and asked why i should install it? He said I will get the refund only if i install it and disconnected the call. Kindly help me get my money back.
