Dear Sir,
On 29th November 2020, ordered boat rockerz 255 sports in-ear blue tooth neck band earphone with mic thru Amazon for my brother birthday as a gift from Bangalore to deliver at my brother residence in Mysore (order number 408-5380794-3681101 and seller was Appario Retail Pvt Ltd). Item got delivered on 30th November 2020 in closed packet.
Anon, we had some serious tough and bad time in the family hence we happened to open the packet today I.e. 9th December 2020 (breached return policy date) and happen to see ear buds of ptron company. We are completely devastated and hurt to get cheated.
Tried many numbers many times to reach Amazon customer service but nothing is futile.
